Refund Policy
LeChanel does not sell physical products; we exclusively offer digital and virtual goods. As a result, our refund policy differs from those for physical products. Due to the nature of virtual goods, refunds and exchanges are limited once the product has been delivered. Please carefully review the refund conditions outlined below.
- Wrong or incomplete product delivery
- Product delivery that does not conform to the product description
- Failure to deliver the product within the specified delivery time
- Delivery of the defective product to the buyer
If the specified situations occur, the buyer can receive a refund.
In what cases can a refund not be made?
- The product fully corresponds to the description, but the buyer did not like the product or did not meet expectations.
- The buyer performs a transaction that will disrupt the nature of the product and requests a refund.
Subsequently, since the products sold are digital goods and their returns are very different from physical products, you cannot request a refund and receive a refund within the framework of the specified issues.

You are advised not to use LeChanel if you do not fully understand the risks involved in the transactions. Only engage in trades when you are knowledgeable about the available trading options and the characteristics of the digital goods you intend to trade.
There are many transaction risks, including but not limited to risks of liability or harm of any kind connected with using the site. These risks include, but are not limited to
(1.1) Insurance period: Each buyer is guaranteed a free 14-day insurance period, although the insurance period may vary. The duration of this period may also be influenced by the product price. Additionally, buyers have the option to pay for an extension of their insurance period.
(1.2) Insurance Coverage
LeChanel provides insurance to protect you from situations such as product retrieval by the original owner or supplier fraud. However, certain actions will void your insurance coverage. These actions include:
- Reselling the purchased products
- Exchanging the account
- Disobeying in-game rules after product delivery
- Account sharing
- Any conduct contrary to the measures needed to protect LeChanel's buyers
The insurance period is specific to each buyer and guarantees a minimum of 14 days. This 14-day insurance period is provided free with every purchase. For insurance periods exceeding 14 days, an additional variable payment is required, depending on the product price.
Your insurance period begins immediately after the purchase and delivery of the product and ends when the specified period expires. Once the specified period expires, LeChanel does not offer any further guarantees due to the virtual nature of the products, the difficulty in controlling the products, the current security status of the products, and the potential for complaints about the product to be either genuine or false.
